IMMRAMA THERAPY

Immrama; a soulful journey into the unknown

Immrama Therapy; A curated therapeutic approach anchored in presence that weaves together multiple modalities to best support you on your journey. No two sessions are the same and there is no expectation for you to be any way other than you are. Immrama Therapy works to reconnect you with the truth, remember your essential nature and reconnect you with the innate joy of being alive.

What can you expect in a session with Ryan?

Most importantly, these sessions are your sessions. Ryan's task is to best support you along the process of gently waking up to yourself, understanding who you are, leaning into uncomfortable edges of growth, and inevitably remembering the gift of being alive.

It is common for people to enter a session experiencing a level of suffering, such as feeling lost, sad, confused or overwhelmed, and complete the session feeling a sense of clarity, calmness in their nervous system and that their initial problems now have a possibility to transform into an opportunity for growth, goodness or peace. A session often begins with the topic that is most alive in your body, mind and spirit at that time. Often, this means gently exploring and unpacking thoughts, habits and experiences that seem problematic and may be preventing you from enjoying this, and many other, moments.

Using flowing dialogue we will inquire as to what beliefs you are carrying about a topic, story, yourself, or a situation & use guided self-inquiry to explore the truth at the heart of the matter - the truth will always set you free. With any work of this nature there are times when emotions move and things need to be felt fully for the process of letting go to take place. I aim to hold a compassionate container for your journey to unfold whilst having no expectation on how you should be or what is required of you for you to feel whole, safe, peaceful and free. This is a supportive, judgement free journey along the path towards you deeply enjoying every moment of your one, precious life.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a question that remains unanswered, or you'd like to speak with Ryan on the phone before you book a session, please fill out our contact form and we will be in touch.

Who does Ryan work with?

Ryan supports a wide range of clients including men, women, couples and teenagers. Currently, Ryan's youngest client is 14 yeas of age and his eldest is 64 years. Commonly, Ryan's clients are interested in improving, deepening and/or understanding their experience of life. This can include the desire to experience less suffering in life, to explore deeper questions and inquiries around the nature of self and other, and to overcome childhood wounds or unskilful habits that show up in work, relationship and life. If you are called to explore therapy, Ryan would love to initiate that journey with you, or continue to deepen it if you're already on the path.

Are sessions online or in-person?

Ryan offers in-person and online therapy sessions.

If you are based in the Northern Rivers of NSW, or the surrounding areas, Ryan is happy to hold your session in-person. Please reach out after you book your session to organise an in-person session, location and details will be shared upon request.

Online sessions are from anywhere in the world and are a fantastic way for you to feel comfortable and safe in your own home. Please ensure you have a quiet setting, good internet and space in your calendar to maximise our session together.

Do I need any prior experience to do therapy?

No. Your life is your prior experience and this moment is the only canvas we need to start the journey of therapy. If you have previously experienced therapy, please know that Immrama Therapy is unique in that it blends many models together to best support you, it refrains from categorising your experience and clients often find great solace knowing that this style of therapy doesn't aim to box them in for ease of treatment.

How much does a session cost?

Sessions are 60-minutes in length and the investment is $220. This is an investment in your wellbeing and sustainable happiness. Ideally, therapy supports you to feel more self-sufficient and empowered for more circumstances. Ryan holds the intention to pass the skills and confidence on to his clients so that they require less external support as they deepen into their self understanding and their life.
